The main author of this website asked for a cholesterol test while making a routine visit to his doctor. The result came back quite high and he was advised to take some steps to lower it.
From this started some in depth research through books, websites, medical journals and talking with medical professionals. This research resulted in the information you find here on the Changing Cholesterol website.
Keeping it going
In order to keep this information up to date the authors dedicate considerable time researching and keeping up to date with medical and health information, and then converting this into the digestible format that is published here. Addded to this there are hosting and bandwidth costs running the website itself.
Unlike other sites with information on cholesterol and heart disease we are not selling any drugs or health products, so we do not give you a twisted version of the facts.
